These Terms Of Use apply to the Steady website and its free seven-day plan, and the Steady: Tai Chi & Mobility app. By using a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility And Access

The services are not directed to children under 13. The app has no visible account requirement; it uses a hidden anonymous identity to provide the app experience on your device.

General Wellness Information

The website and app provide general movement and wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of any health outcome. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Safe Use

Move within a comfortable range, keep your space clear, and use a sturdy chair, wall, or table for support when the demonstration calls for it. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, unsteadiness, or otherwise unwell, and seek appropriate professional guidance for your circumstances.

Subscriptions And Purchases

The app may make the first workout offered on Today available without a subscription. Other workouts, programs, or replays may require a Full Access subscription. Monthly and annual plans, prices, taxes, and any introductory offer are shown in the app before purchase.

Apple processes purchases through the App Store and StoreKit. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings before the renewal date. Any free trial or introductory offer is subject to the eligibility and terms shown by Apple. Refunds are handled under Apple’s applicable policies. RevenueCat helps the app read purchase status; it does not replace Apple as the entitlement authority.

Website Plan And Launch List

The website’s seven-day plan is available without an account, email, or payment. Joining the optional launch list does not create a purchase, reservation, or subscription. If you join, you consent to one email about the selected app launch.

License And Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, redistribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the services or their content, or use them unlawfully.

Content And Availability

Workouts, plans, media, features, and availability may change or be withdrawn. The services are provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, use the services at your own risk.

Feedback

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the services without payment or further permission. Do not send confidential information through feedback.
